The UG 15P suspended generator set was developed to provide continuous, stable, and reliable power to refrigerated containers (reefers), ensuring the proper preservation of sensitive cargo such as food, medicine, and perishable goods during transport.
It has a rated power of 15 kW (18.75 kVA) and is equipped with a Yanmar 4-cylinder diesel engine, which offers high performance with low fuel consumption (1.5 to 2.8 liters per hour), providing greater autonomy and reducing operating costs. It operates at 60 Hz, 460 V, in a three-phase system, with an automatic voltage regulator, ensuring stable power and protection for connected equipment.
Its structure is robust, compact, and corrosion-resistant, designed to withstand demanding transportation and logistics conditions. It also features a 180-liter tank, allowing for long workdays without the need for frequent refueling.

It incorporates EcoFORWARD™ technologies, which improve performance and meet emissions standards, as well as the APX™ intelligent control system, which ensures more precise thermal management and simple operation.
Its optimized design reduces motor load, minimizes maintenance, increases reliability, and lowers the total cost of ownership. It also uses R-452A refrigerant, which is more sustainable and has a lower environmental impact, and features an airflow of 3,050 cfm (5,180 m³/h) for even cooling distribution inside the compartment.
